GRM Solutions completes business impact analysis and gap analysis for New York based health care provider

March 20, 2015, GRM Solutions completed phase 1 of a business continuity management (BCM) project for a large health care provider in New York.

The project included completing a number of business impact analysis (BIAs) questionnaires across all critical business functions. The resulting deliverable also included a detailed gap analysis report outlining opportunities to mitigate current exposures and recommendations on future BCM staffing needs.

GRM Solutions delivers ISO 22301 and DRI 10 Professional Practices computer-based training (CBT) to a financial services organization

January 15, 2015, GRM Solutions delivers business continuity management (BCM) computer-based training (CBT) module to a financial services organization. The CBT is based on the international ISO 22301 and DRI 10 Professional Practices standards.

“Through the use of CBT technology, we are able to support our client’s desire to increase overall BCM awareness across the organization” said Jerome Ryan, GRM Solutions CEO. “The client intends to make this 20 minute CBT mandatory for all employees on an annual basis. This will help build a minimum baseline of BCM knowledge for the majority of employees who have little to no daily BCM role.”

January 8, 2015, GRM Solutions CEO Jerome Ryan was re-elected by members of the DRI International Board of Directors to serve as the Chairman of the Board.

“It is quite an honor to be re-elected as the Chairman for DRI International,” said Jerome Ryan. “I have the utmost respect and admiration for my fellow Board members and all the wonderful people that work at DRI International. The work we collectively complete at DRI International sets standards for business continuity around the word.”

This will mark the fifth year that Jerome Ryan has served on the DRI International Board. Before being elected the first time as Chairman in 2014, Jerome served for three years as the organization’s Vice Chairman.

GRM Solutions completes business continuity update and crisis management exercise for manufacturing company

On January 6, 2015, GRM Solutions completed a crisis exercise for the management of a manufacturing company based in the United States. The exercise followed a 3 moth update of business continuity plans that GRM Solutions originally created for this organization in 2013.

The crisis exercise utilized multimedia injects highlighted by GRM Solutions use of video segments meant to simulate breaking news from international media outlets.
